Andy has worked in the book trade since 1993 when he took a job at Dillons the Bookstore. He joined Turnaround in 1997 as a sales rep and became Sales Director in 2004. Following a four-year break when he left to set up his own gift company, Andy re-joined Turnaround in January 2021, and stepped up as Managing Director following Bill Godber’s retirement in September 2022. Andy’s passion for independent publishing and providing the very best service for clients is paramount.
Claire joined Turnaround in 1988 as the London sales representative for 3 years and then moved into the office to take on the role of Marketing Director. Claire looks after new and existing publisher clients, the marketing department who take care of all aspects of Turnaround Publisher’s title management for the trade, organises the company’s presence at trade books fairs and has been involved in several large scale projects including 2 warehouse moves and a migration to a new warehouse management system.
Sue joined Turnaround in 1996 bringing a strong finance and operations knowledge to the company. Sue’s department looks after all aspects of the company’s finance, bought ledger, purchase and budgeting, and was the principle lead in the main development and installation of the company’s move to a new warehouse management system, which went live in 2016.
Debbie joined the team in 2019, bringing 35 years of experience managing customer services teams, promoting a solid and reliable service to our customers with her team of three.
Grant has a long-standing experience of credit management including 22 years at Turnaround, where he looks after all aspects of the company’s sales ledger.
