Elsewhere Editions is a children’s imprint from Archipelago Books, devoted to translating imaginative picture books from around the world. They hope that these titles will enrich children’s imaginations and cultivate curiosity about other cultures, as well as delight with their humour, art, and playful spirit. Elsewhere Editions has been greeted with open arms by book critics, librarians, and readers of all ages. So far, they’ve released picture books from Estonia, China, Finland, Brazil, France, Norway, the Netherlands, and soon from Iran, Argentina, Uruguay, Switzerland, and elsewhere.
